an[other] storyteller!

am a documentary filmmaker, photographer, and storyteller. For thirty years I've followed remarkable stories — from the last-mile villages of Pakistan to the urban metros of Canada — finding what's universal in them and telling it from unexpected perspectives, in many forms.
I love what I do, and the experiences it offers. People, places, cultures: how they vibrate, what they reveal, what they create, and how they offer common ground no matter who you are. To be a witness, a listener, a participant, a student, a teacher — and to move between these roles — has been a privilege, and a meaningful life. Teaching what I'm learning has been a natural calling. Making something teachable is where a deeper understanding of the work begins — where discoveries are made, and a practice is fully realized.
There are many of us telling stories. I focus on revealing what is obvious yet hidden, helping us feel how intertwined our lives are, and how every choice shapes every outcome. A story told well, and shared with care, has real power. That's what I've given my life to.
I am an[other] storyteller.
“His work does not merely depict transitions; it inhabits them. The result is not documentation as static record, but as a dynamic field of attunement, wherein the observed and the felt coalesce.”
